Great service! Tune up made a world of difference on my bike.
After leaving my bike with a dealer I thought was still a Specialized dealer, and finding that they could not repair a flat tire on my Specialized bike as they had lost that line. Looking up Specialized dealerships in my area led me to Lititz Bike Works, less than 2 mi away from where I live. Takeing my bike in for a rear tire tube replacement, the man took my bike put it on a repair rack and made sure the tire was ok and replaced my tube within 10 minutes.
