Each time I’ve stopped by, I have received courteous and knowledgeable advice or service. Mark, the owner, helped me select just the right folding bike for my son who can take it on the train for his Philadelphia commute. When my own bike needed an adjustment, Mark didn’t just fix it- he took the bike out and rode it in the parking lot to make sure it was correct. Can't say enough about the friendly staff. I use my bike as a stress reliever and I enjoy walking into a company that understand the importance of that. I will continue to work with them in the future for all my bike needs.
We had a great buying experience. Mark got the answers to all our questions about the Pedego ebikes we were interested in, placed our order, made sure the bikes were assembled, the batteries fully charged and ready to ride. He also helped us load them into our truck since my arm was in a sling. Can't say enough good things about the sales experience!!
The folks at Lititz made my experience seamless. I saw the bike I wanted and they gave me a fair price, explained all the feature carefully and sent me on my way Happy. They are the best!!
