Great experience while shopping for a gravel bike! Bernie took the time to show us different bikes, provide feature information, pros and cons of different offerings, and patiently answered our many questions. We shopped around at several different bike shops and came back to Lititz Bikeworks after some sub-optimal experiences elsewhere. Great vibe in the shop, very friendly, and happy they encouraged test rides before purchase. Will certainly be back for more bike needs and to ride the cross course. :)
The current condition of the bike was thoroughly reviewed prior to any repairs, and after the work was complete, the bike is in the best condition since it was purchased. Would totally recommend the services from this shop!
