Lititz Bike Works is awesome. Good selection of tools and equipment in addition to accessories and gear. Customer service is fast and spot on. I am 100% satisfied with the road bike I bought from them. 2 thumbs up!
Going to find another bike shop
They took the time to verify everything I said was wrong and corrected all the problems.
Called to have bikes serviced. Were compeled when promised.
Mark, the owner, claimed to know exactly what I needed as he's seen me ride me commute to work daily. However, he sold me on a downhill electric bike that was way more money than needed, went slower than the last bike I had, and was more maintenance. Now granted he did tell me it was more durable and that it is. However, he told me I wouldnt have any problems with the tires on this bike yet not even 2 weeks in to riding the tire went flat! Felt like bait n switch was used on me. I was quoted one model but given another. Fortunately I looked behind a sticker and saw correct model. Sales rep didn't know which model was higher quality, I had to use google. Sales receipt model number did not agree with actual model number.
