Helpful, Honest. Spent time with us and didn't drive a sale just to make one.
Bought an amazing quality Bike from Bikeworks . Staff was super helpful and patient with the time we had to make a decision . An incident happened and the front tire was bent in an accident . I Brought the rim in expecting to drop it off for replacement. It was 5 minutes before close. Mark said .. hold up .. He grabbed some tools ,a rim, tire and tube that matched perfect and had the whole thing put together and I walked out with our replacement part just like that! Thanks so much Mark for a job well done!

Super friendly staff, knowledgable and fast turnaround time for servicing. Good stock of basic mods and accessories and are helpful with advice on more advanced procedures for bike customizing and fitting.

First visit to Lititz Bikeworks. I was met at the door by a very helpful salesperson. I was assisted with finding the perfect mirrycle to add to my bike. I was offered several options. I also needed a maintenance items that was significantly less costly than purchasing on line. I will certainly stop in again when traveling back to LancaCounty. County.
Mark, Dan & Eric were all wonderful to work with. Zero pressure, consultive help in the shop. Would recommend them for great tune ups or to buy a new bike. Will be back!
Quite an easy process, purchased the bike online and came in to pick it up. The bike was ready and the staff was super friendly. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
