Staff was friendly and they took care of everything on the insurance side. My only critique is that I would've liked for them to communicate with me more and update me on my car's status every step of the way. I had to call at least a few times to get status updates (my car was there for just over 2 weeks).

I've used Addison a few time to get my car serviced. I called to make my appointment the first time. They are through and will not do any repairs without your approval. The second time I used their website to schedule my appointment and when I arrived it was not found. At first, he seemed that it was a problem, but the other service person asked if I needed to wait or drop it off. When I told him it was a drop off, it was fine. They completed my oil change and again, did a through inspection of my car.
I called with an issue and Dan got my car in right away. The tech found the issues fast and fixed it. I am so happy that I have a place that cares.
