You honest, and you did a very good job.

RecommendedMy significant other and I were rear-ended in our parking lot at home. The entire back end was destroyed, and when I say destroyed, our estimate for repair was about $12,000. Thank goodness for insurance, and thank goodness for Addison Auto Repair! I am so thankful that our vehicle went there for the repairs. Our car looks like it's brand new. My experience at Addison was excellent. I needed emergency car repairs while my husband was in the hospital having brain surgery and a pacemaker put in. In the middle of all these problems my "check engine" light came on. I was in route to the ER! When I arrived at Addison the next morning, I was a wreck! Joseph listened to me and brought me a tissue when I started crying. I am an old woman and I knew I was in the right place. Joseph drove me to the hospital so I could be at my husband's side. The entire team at Addison is fantastic and I can’t say enough about Giancarlo especially. I was referred by my auto insurance after a hit and run and I’m *almost* glad it happened - now I know where to go for everything auto! Ladies, you’re safe from being scammed here and they’re always available to advise you if you need them (no pressure/upselling/unnecessary repairs).
