I thought everything went great. My car looks like new.
I am extremely pleased with the work done by Addison as well as the excellent service I received. Greg kept me well informed throughout the process and they finished repairing my car a day ahead of schedule! They returned it to me completely cleaned inside and out. Also, kudos to Tim, who kindly installed my daughter's car seat in the rental car I used. I highly recommend Addison.
Amazing, after calling first, I had come in during a busy time to drop off my van because the alternator was making a whirring noise and the battery light came on. Dan Solis was very kind and understanding and explained to me that it might be Monday before I would get the vehicle back. I understood, they had a lot of work to be done. Service was completed earlier than expected. Shuttle to and from my yoga session was a much-appreciated extra.
I have taken my car twice now to Addison you guys do a great job. I love talking with Daniel s. He is very knowledgable.. he always tells me up front what in getting into with the price of repair. He is honest and gives me options.
