Nice to find a family operated shop that is honest and trustworthy. My son’s Mini Cooper needed attention and Southwest Auto was absolutely fair and upfront about what they thought the car needed and made every attempt to get the Mini repaired without spending any unnecessary dollars. These guys will be my go to mechanics in Dallas. Thanks for a great job.

They were some of the most professional people I have ever worked with. Excellent customer service. Wonderful people. They got my car in by tow truck in the morning and had the whole thing done and returned to me by the evening. Competent and excellent in ever way. I will be coming back again.
I love these guys. I have a 2006 Sprinter and there just aren't many reliable places to get it serviced. They take the time to figure out what's going on and go out of their way to fix it in the most cost-effective way possible. Also, the loaner cars are really fun.
Was quoted $1,200 by other mechanics to fix a gasket leak in my Mercedes. Southwest quoted half that price and found that wasn't where it was leaking after all. Most honest mechanic and best pricing I've come across. Will never take my car(s) anywhere else ever again.

Finding a shop to work on Sprinter vans is problematic. Southwest Auto is up to the task! Excellent service and a friendly staff! Clean, welcoming customer lounge and prices that beat the dealerships, hands down! Thank you, Rick and crew! I highly recommend Southwest Auto!
