I can truly say that I was please with my southwest experience. Everyone was so professional and I was so pleased with the completed work. I have already recommended southwest to two other people. If you want a dealership experience without having to be afraid that you're going to be taken advantage of then this is the place for you.
I got a job done at Southwest that last time on my other Volvo cost 300% more at the dealer and the dealer wanted even more but I complained enough to get them to stay with original price quoted.
I called from out of state for a pre purchase inspection on a 2014 Mercedes ML 350 Bluetec. The inspection was done in a timely manner and very detailed. I received a call from Rick to discuss the results. If I lived in Dallas this repair shop would be where I would service my vehicle.
I call them the car doctors. They have solved ever issue i have had with my saab.
