I can truly say that I was please with my southwest experience. Everyone was so professional and I was so pleased with the completed work. I have already recommended southwest to two other people. If you want a dealership experience without having to be afraid that you're going to be taken advantage of then this is the place for you.
I got a job done at Southwest that last time on my other Volvo cost 300% more at the dealer and the dealer wanted even more but I complained enough to get them to stay with original price quoted.
I called from out of state for a pre purchase inspection on a 2014 Mercedes ML 350 Bluetec. The inspection was done in a timely manner and very detailed. I received a call from Rick to discuss the results. If I lived in Dallas this repair shop would be where I would service my vehicle.
I call them the car doctors. They have solved ever issue i have had with my saab.

Nice to find a family operated shop that is honest and trustworthy. My son’s Mini Cooper needed attention and Southwest Auto was absolutely fair and upfront about what they thought the car needed and made every attempt to get the Mini repaired without spending any unnecessary dollars.
