The service managers are very knowledgeable and professional
They have first rate service. I have been taking my vehicles to John Haus since 2004. I have had Southwest work on my Volvo, Saab, Acura, & Subaru and they are knowledgeable and insightful on my vehicles when there are necessary repairs and I have never been steered wrong. I trust them. How often have you heard that about a shop?
I've been taking my 2008 Saab to Southwest Auto since 2017. They have done an excellent job keeping it running like new. Everyone there is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Southwest Auto.
Great service and helpful staff

These guys are amazing. Used them for the first time today and will definitely be back. Everyone is so professional and supportive. I have driven a Saab since 2005 and regret only until recently did I discover Southwest Auto. I will definitely be back for service on my 2011 Saab 9-3

Great service and value for the money. They work with you to make the necessary repairs and keep your aging SAAB running like new. North Texas Santa® has had service work for Red SAAB and it is now almost as fast as his reindeer!
