We have been with SWAuto for over 17 years. We travel quite a distance to have them work on our Volvos. We love that they are a Family business and that is how they consider their Staff. The family has bought 4 Volvos directly from SWAuto, and 2 indirectly thru SWAuto. Customer Service is outstanding....Two of our Children have bought their first Volvo directly from them. We have been using Southwest Auto for our Volvos for 16 years. They are always fair and never try to sell you more than you need. Their pricing is fair, and I love ❤️ the loaner car 🚗 option.
I've been a customer of theirs for about 20 years - both for repairs and have purchased 3 cars from them. Work is excellent, staff is friendly, prices are so much better then what a dealer would charge. My son also is a customer of theirs now. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want to experience what true customer service is, this is the place!
Best auto repair people are very friendly and helpful
Southwest auto really impressed me. I went there to get a computer update on my car because my transmission was hesitating and my dashboard was glitching out on me. Instead of taking my money to update the computer they told me that the update wouldn't fix those two issues. I found them to be super honest and nice and helpful. I will definitely be back again if I need any other work done to my car.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been doing business with Jon and Maryjane Howes since 1989. They are my "go to" people for anything "car". Above and Beyond is the best phrase I can come up with to describe their service and attention. If they can't do it, they figure out how.
