Really your makanics don't know quality services and 2 times I had bad services one time fueling hose were not tighten and it cost another money and lost time to fix and that was your workers lazy guys and had no knowledge what they were doing. Second time your shop fix the brakes and in 9.000 miles we get loose braking and we went to other makanic shop told us the person who installed didn't make it right way so you guys it is very bad to do services pls get certified machanics. Your services harming other peaple.
I took my Mercedes to this facility after reading all the reviews with high hopes and I thought the days of when a mechanic took advantage of a woman, was something that used to happened long ago. Not now, not in 2018. I expected as a women, I would be treated fairly and with respect.
