RecommendedI usually don't review places, but had to make an exception for such great service. My tire light came on on the way home, I put air in tire and in wasn't holding pressure. Called Pro Service, talked to Nick he said they were busy but to come in and he would do the work himself. Turned out to be a bad valve stem, he didn't have the special type my truck required but was able to get one delivered in under 20min. Long story short he got me out of there in about 30min! Great service! They always give a thorough explanation of issues, required repairs, and all billing. This is not a convenient shop to bring my vehicles, because of where I live, but I will continue to bring my vehicles there because of the outstanding work and service.
We are a single car family that depends on that vehicle for so many thing is our lives. Needless to say when the water pump went out it put us in a very bad situation. Adam and his fantastic crew of skilled mechanics not only made the necessary repairs, but very fast and affordable! We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us!! We highly recommend Pro Service and give them five stars in all areas of service, but most of all for being there for us when we needed it the most!
