RecommendedCustomer service was excellent from the time I called to make the appointment all the way to picking up my car. They were able to get my car done sooner than they stated. They kept me in the loop the whole time my car was being worked on. Price was reasonable and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Definitely recommend going there.

The team at Pro Service is very professional and I have been trusting them with my automotive repairs for several years now. I love how you get a detailed report with photos after the initial inspection and they walk you through the critical items, and are honest about what may be able to wait for repair a bit longer. If anyone needs service I highly recommend ProService in Prior Lake. They have excellent customer service, listen well and are totally transparent in their pricing.
Aside from the stellar work on my vehicle, the customer service of ProService is impeccable! I needed to get an oil change before leaving town for a family emergency and they accommodated without question. I felt like I was family, and I couldn’t recommend them more.
