Nick did a fantastic job for my daughters' car over the last snow storm. The serpintine belt lookedfood but deep down was bad. I just got the car back from the shop after the original one was put back on. Un bounced to the both of us the car died at the end on my driveway. Nick offered to come out 13 mi away from the shop on his own time and replace the belt with a new one at the end of my driveway. After the belt was replaced the car worked awesome. A brand new battery (that I bought from your service center last week!) was throwing a warning code on the dashboard at 345pm on a Friday. I called and asked to bring in my car to be checked, as my daughter needed to take the car back to college the next day. Thanks to your service team, the battery was checked, found to be a bad alternator, a replacement was rushed over to the garage from your supplier, and it was installed before the end of business.
