I had a wonderful experience with BG Automotive, from the first phone call to driving my truck away. I liked how transparent they are and that I didn’t feel pressured to move forward with anything. The way they document the problems with pictures & explanations that are sent via text message was very helpful. I would highly recommend using them as your mechanic.
Got my alignment done by them. Very fast and friendly people work here. What's great about this place is they were able to do my alignment on a lifted vehicle with bigger rims and tires. They also provide detailed pictures when they do inspections of your vehicle of what's wrong I highly recommend this place

From the moment Brandon answered the phone he was kind and considerate to my situation with my 4Runner. Being a new client to BG they did a complete go over of my truck and made the much needed recommendations. In doing so he thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions.
