RecommendedJay and his team at BG Automotive are the best in town hands down. I've tried other shops and never had anywhere near the level of service I've received at BG. Their communication is first rate and the pricing is always fair.
So we were traveling with a camper trailer from Oklahoma to Yellowstone and we encountered a little problem outside of Fort Collins. To make a long story short. Mike Chad, and Jay are phenomenal!!!! We pulled in at 3:00pm thinking we had a transmission problem and after Chad inspected the vehicle we found out it was only a Brake Caliper that was hanging up. Took my 82 Ford Truck into BG due to it failing emissions. The guys were straightforward about the problems and very helpful! Special thanks to Jared the Technician and Brandon for being communicative and having great customer service skills! 10/10 I would return to them next time!!
Very professional. Incredible service with genuinely nice people working there. I watched them with various people coming in and they were very considerate and caring with everyone. Chad worked on my car. He communicated every step of the way with what he diagnosed and how to remedy. Very polite and knowledgeable. Love these guys, they always take care of us. They pride themselves on same day work and it is great! I have always been satisfied with their work! I would 100% recommend these guys to everyone!
they are so thoughful and polite. i love that they send you pictures and videos of what was wrong with your car. thier prices are affordable. hands down the best car shop i have ever been too.
The Marison Project Mobile needed an oil change, and an alignment. Danielle and Todd took great care of our van, and us! Danielle even took us to Sam’s so we could pick up food for our nonprofit! Thankful for their great service and caring hearts!
I must say customer service is a dying breed! These guys nail it 100% We brought in our 2012 Subaru for a simple oil change when we picked up the car we noticed the radio was off and seat/mirrors adjusted.
