Once again excellent service. One of the best things I like about BG is no BS. They don't try to sell you something. They do an analysis of your vehicle and point out what they found...with you in the maintenance bay. Good luck getting that kind of honesty anywhere else in life. Go BG!! (Too much?...rah)

Best customer service bar none......they dropped me off after I left my truck with them fixed exactly what they said they were going to..... gave it a safety check I was on my way for the weekend for horse camping
BG Automotive provided me with the best customer service experience that I've ever had. I was desperate and needed a miracle when the transmission went out on our family van only four days before I was supposed to drive 1000 miles to WI for a family vacation. Every auto shop in town told me their wait list was too long to complete a transmission job by my departure date. I found BG Automotive on referral from another shop in FC. From the time I scheduled an appointment, to the time I picked my vehicle up, I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. My vehicle was serviced sooner than I expected, and the cost was less than I thought it would be. Thanks Jay!
This is by far the best shop I have ever been to! People are awesome and help out any way they can. I drove 3 hours for an alignment on my car and they let me be back there with them and show them exactly what I wanted ! Highly recommend to anyone !

BG Automotive is the best place I have taken my car to keep up on all the maintenance!! From walking through the door to leaving with my car ready to go the experience is amazing.
