If I could give 10 stars, I would. The day before Christmas Eve I was heading out on a cross country road trip, and discovered a rodent had chewed up my windshield washer fluid line (who knew?) I showed up at B&G frazzled at 3pm, with no appointment, never having been a customer before, and not really knowing what a washer fluid line even was. Jay and his team at BG Automotive are the best in town hands down. I've tried other shops and never had anywhere near the level of service I've received at BG. Their communication is first rate and the pricing is always fair.
Took my 82 Ford Truck into BG due to it failing emissions. The guys were straightforward about the problems and very helpful! Special thanks to Jared the Technician and Brandon for being communicative and having great customer service skills! 10/10 I would return to them next time!!
