If I could give 10 stars, I would. The day before Christmas Eve I was heading out on a cross country road trip, and discovered a rodent had chewed up my windshield washer fluid line (who knew?) I showed up at B&G frazzled at 3pm, with no appointment, never having been a customer before, and not really knowing what a washer fluid line even was. Jay and his team at BG Automotive are the best in town hands down. I've tried other shops and never had anywhere near the level of service I've received at BG. Their communication is first rate and the pricing is always fair.

Very professional. Incredible service with genuinely nice people working there. I watched them with various people coming in and they were very considerate and caring with everyone. Chad worked on my car. He communicated every step of the way with what he diagnosed and how to remedy. Very polite and knowledgeable.
