Everyone was great! They fixed my car the day I brought it in. They dropped me off at work and picked me up to pick up my car for no charge. James was so fun! He picked me up from my house to get my car and he was friendly, energetic, professional, and super fun!
They were prompt, very detailed in providing me with results from the inspection, and the timeliness of completing the services was excellent.
Great customer service! Nick really listens to our car needs and gives good recommendations. Took great care of my last night when the shuttle got stuck in traffic by calling an Uber for me. Then waited until a little bit after closing to be sure that we got our car by the end of the day as promised. Spoke with the young man who drove me to the metro and he seemed like a very happy employee. that says a lot.
I had taken my auto in for state inspections and small problems. This past week I took my vehicle in as it was out of warranty and the prepaid maintenance from the dealer. I was very pleased with the reception, the rides back to my home and back to the Skyline after my oil change, brake fluid change and checking of my car. I did not have all of the recommended services performed, but I know what needs to be done as it is all spelled out on the typed invoice. I will return when I need them again.
