RecommendedThe most capable, customer-oriented mechanics I have ever used. While their labor charges aren’t cheap, 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) several times they have done diagnostics for us without charge and then explained the relative costs and benefits of getting a fix, and let me know very clearly when the fix isn’t worth it, even if they’ve invested several hours in figuring out the problem. I would highly recommend them.

I received their ad in the mail so decided to try them out. They are very friendly, gave good service, and excellent communicators. They told me all their repairs are guaranteed 3 years or 36,000 miles. Better than the dealer.

I feel fortunate to have such a professional service shop to go to that caters to ALLl customers in what has been, in my experience, not only professional but fair and well reasoned. Few service oriented businesses these days show the same personal interest in the customer and work as hard to accommodate the individual needs as the team at Nielsen's, especially Pat, Nick and Joe who man the phones regularly.
This is truly a great shop, I didn't know places like this existed anymore. Everyone was super helpful, very nice and knowledgable and really make you feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for better service. If you need any auto repairs, don't look around, this is the place to go. Thanks Pat, my truck rides smoother than ever.
They keep my '97' Jeep Cherokee in top notch condition. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service.
