I have taken my car to Ben Nielsen's for many years based on a recommendation of a friend. What a find!!!! They are honest and do great work. Pat and Nick are the two gentlemen I have worked with and they keep the front desk humming. Kudos to a great staff both behind the counter and in the garage!
My Father-in-law, who is very picky about who does maintenance on his vehicles, recommended bringing our cars here upon moving to the area. Ever since, we've received nothing but superb service! The waiting area is clean, the staff is always friendly & willing to work with you, as well as calling around to get the best deal on parts, as needed. They won't stop until they figure out the issue. It's now the only place we trust & use, & definitely recommend to others.
This is a very cool automotive shop. I had been to another national chain down the street hoping to get someone to fix my trunk lid, which would not stay up. As I have a hard top convertible, this shop said they didn't want to even do a diagnostic, and said I should go to a Chrysler dealer. I took a chance on Skyline because they are near me and I didn't especially like the dealership's service department. So glad that I did!
