During my annual car inspection they found out that I needed a new tire. I needed what was described as a speciality tire and couldn't be delivered on that day. I was a d aaaaaaaaa running late for an appointment to pick up a new puppy. Mike's Kars lent me a car overnight so I could get my new little companion. Customer service like this is non existent anymore. They have a customer for life. Many thanks.
State inspection done promptly one day after expiration. We all have some problems that make us forget about car schedules, etc.
