RecommendedVery dependable, efficient and friendly. Thank you for taking care of our car's needs.
RecommendedQuick response , efficient service, reasonable price.
RecommendedWhile visiting Gettysburg our truck started having brake problems. Being 200 miles from home was very troubling. We picked Mike's Kars as it was close to where were staying. We drove there without calling and hoped they would help. They not only got us right in but were so nice. When it got close to lunch time they even offered to drive us to get lunch and call us when the truck was done and picked us up. If we lived closer they would get our business from now on, no question.
RecommendedCompetent mechanics, helpful to get ride service.
RecommendedFast professional service with courteous staff.
RecommendedI have been taking my cars to Mike's for more than 10 years. I have always expected and received quality service. They perform a complete inspection of major systems and indicate whether repair or replacement is recommended. Their staff will work with you to prioritize those repairs which may be critical. The staff is always knowledgeable and very courteous.
RecommendedVery helpful and fast. Was in and out in less than an hour
RecommendedThere are no words to express the excellent service I received. They were very thorough and listened. The staff was excellent and explained things in layman’s term. They were our last hope in fixing the Jeep and I would give them 5 stars!!!

Recently, my car needed the entire differential assembly replaced (among other significant issues--it had to be towed in...), and they got everything done in a week! I was not expecting it to be so fast (my car spent a month and a half in another shop once). Cost-wise, their estimate was reasonable and the actual cost was less than the estimate. S... read more
