While visiting Gettysburg our truck started having brake problems. Being 200 miles from home was very troubling. We picked Mike's Kars as it was close to where were staying. We drove there without calling and hoped they would help. They not only got us right in but were so nice. When it got close to lunch time they even offered to drive us to get lunch and call us when the truck was done and picked us up. If we lived closer they would get our business from now on, no question.

I have been taking my cars to Mike's for more than 10 years. I have always expected and received quality service. They perform a complete inspection of major systems and indicate whether repair or replacement is recommended. Their staff will work with you to prioritize those repairs which may be critical. The staff is always knowledgeable and very courteous.

There are no words to express the excellent service I received. They were very thorough and listened. The staff was excellent and explained things in layman’s term. They were our last hope in fixing the Jeep and I would give them 5 stars!!!
I've been to Mike's Kars several times since switching to them, and have been happy with them so far. I really appreciate having a shop that looks at and fixes my car right away. Recently, my car needed the entire differential assembly replaced (among other significant issues--it had to be towed in...), and they got everything done in a week! This shop takes advantage of families on vacation that need emergency work done to their vehicle! STAY AWAY!!!! They gouge their prices so much they charged $157 in labor and markup their parts over 100%! if you want to waste your money by paying thousands over average go here, if you want to pay normal prices take it to someone else! The owner should be ashamed of taking advantage of a family that had no other choice shame on you and what disgusting business practices!
