RecommendedWhat an amazing experience. I’m a long way from home and ran into an issue with my Jeep. The grinding noise in my front brakes convinced me I had a huge issue. Had it towed to Mikes. Denise was a delight to work with! Got me right in and kept me informed. Got really good news that it wasn’t what I feared. They did a complete safety inspection on my Jeep to make sure it was safe for me to tow and drive. I can’t thank them enough for the courtesy and professionalism they showed me. I am able to continue with my tri... read more

RecommendedMy husband and I broke down on the road in Gettysburg, Pa. We parked it at S & S RV Services. Mr. Scott determined it wasn’t drivable and suggested we tow it to Mike’s Kars! He said they do an excellent job and weren’t that far away. We had the van towed to Mike’s Kars. They had it by 10:30 and they closed the shop at 5:00! After accessing the trouble, Jack got back to us with a through explanation of problem and the fix! After giving them the ok, they fixed the van and had it ready by 5:00, the same day!!! They were all so... read more
RecommendedFirst they reviewed previous work done by another company, then they did a very thorough inspection/examination of their own, complete with pictures. They called me after sending me the report and reviewed everything with me. They prioritized the work that needed done starting with what was crucial to what could wait. Bottom line, after completing the work, my car is very happy and running like new. It’s wonderful.
RecommendedLoved that they picked up my car. They also sent a report with pictures of what they recommended and why. It helped me make an informed decision about the work I wanted done.
RecommendedGreat service. They are really good with my 1995 SL500.
RecommendedGreat job by the staff to get the needed work done during interesting times. The loaner helped to not need to wait as the work was done.
