Mike F communicated the details of my automotive problem with a level of detail I've never seen before, and the experience was fast, courteous, and lower cost then elsewhere. I'll be back!
We have always been treated wonderfully at Mike's Kars. Very professional and explain everything with great detail. I hate having to get repairs, but I know when I need them Mike's Kar will be our go to place.

My first experience with Mike's Kars was very positive. The staff was extremely friendly and informative--excellent customer service. The inspection report was concise with repairs being made in a timely manner. I was very happy with the efficiency of the entire operation including the emails and follow up.

Very professional and customer service is the best! I love that I dropped my van off and they took me to work and picked me up after my shift! They make sure you feel comfortable and understand what they are doing and needs to be done! I would definitely recommend them!
Business response:
Thank you Shirley. It was our pleasure to help you with all your needs. If you ever need anything please let us know!
This was the cleanest and most comfortable car repair shop I've ever been in.The staff was very professional and knew what they were doing. I had to wait four hours because I live so far away. It was a very comfortable experience, from the drinks and snacks they offered free to the clean restroom and waiting area. I was impressed that they found a few minor things that needed fixed. I went in to get a state inspection on a 2001 Ford Explorer. It passed thanks to the repairs they made.
They did everything to get my van on the road and made me me feel safe for my family! Will go again.
