Very professional and customer service is the best! I love that I dropped my van off and they took me to work and picked me up after my shift! They make sure you feel comfortable and understand what they are doing and needs to be done! I would definitely recommend them!

This was the cleanest and most comfortable car repair shop I've ever been in.The staff was very professional and knew what they were doing. I had to wait four hours because I live so far away. It was a very comfortable experience, from the drinks and snacks they offered free to the clean restroom and waiting area. I was impressed that they found a few minor things that needed fixed. I went in to get a state inspection on a 2001 Ford Explorer. It passed thanks to the repairs they made.
They did everything to get my van on the road and made me me feel safe for my family! Will go again.

During my annual car inspection they found out that I needed a new tire. I needed what was described as a speciality tire and couldn't be delivered on that day. I was a d aaaaaaaaa running late for an appointment to pick up a new puppy. Mike's Kars lent me a car overnight so I could get my new little companion. Customer service like this is non existent anymore. They have a customer for life. Many thanks.
Hi! We had a weird noise while driving from Canada, had to have an emergency stop at Mike's Kars on friday march 13 2015. Thanks to you guys, we made our trip safe and sound and we are back home in Montréal!
