Check engine light came on. Spoke to Mark who got the car in to look at it right away. Found and explained in detail the problem. Fast turn around to fix it. They also took the time to fix the issue with the tire sensor light. Joey and Mark are great.

I recommend Mike’s KARS in Gettysburg. We only have one vehicle so the owner (Shelle) arranged to stop by our home on her way to work to take our car in for servicing. The bill for the service was small since it was only an oil change and tire rotation. She was motivated only by a desire to provide excellent customer service and kindness. Joey stayed late on a Friday just to mount and balance a set a rims and tires for me. FedEx delivered the wheels 30 minutes before closing time and there was a car show the next day. He went above and beyond just because I said please. Top notch customer service.
