The service as always was excellent. I did expect a further breakdown of cost on the invoice. There was no breakout of the cost of parts and the number of hours of labor. If it is German Car Depot policy that labor estimates are an intrinsic part of the estimate and are de facto the cost then that should be stated to the customer. I don't mind paying but I like to know what I am paying for. Thank you.
