This was my first time at this shop but I'm a long time customer of one of the mechanics, Ron. I've followed him from shop to shop over the years to have him work on my "old lady" , 2012 335i. He's a good guy and very knowledgeable mechanic. He's always pleasant and quick to troubleshoot any issues on my car. He explains everything and gives me options if available.
