I took my truck over there to the Loveland location a few days ago to have it inspected for some work. later that evening I received some notifications on my phone saying that I had trackers in my possession. had no idea what that meant so I had to do the research. they placed two GPS trackers on my truck and have been tracking me for the last few days. Very illegal. Stand by. then they sent me a estimate that was $3,000 higher than everybody else in the area

The cars they sell are pieced together money pits, Promise u that they stand behind their cars and then install USED parts to try and fix anything that comes up right after u take delivery of said vehicle. Very shady operation!! 👎👎👎👎👎
I've been taking my Impreza to Nice Car for routine and major service since I've had it. I've always felt appreciated as a customer until recently. I had rescheduled my 90K service from a week earlier, but when I arrived at 8 am there was no record on the day's calendar of my appointment. On the original date there was a note saying "Moved to the 29th" so this was clearly their error, but I was offered nothing more than an apology.
