I stopped into Nice Car Subaru yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable in the shop, which is the opposite of how I usually feel in a car shop. They serviced my Subaru outback and did a thorough inspection of my car. When it came time for me to pay them they were so friendly and honest in telling me what else was going on with my car and did not make me feel pressured to pay for more services. I have to start my review with how I found this shop: I bought a rough '97 Outback for my twins to learn to drive in. The car was a bit questionable as to it's history, etc., but, it had a faded "Nice Car" sticker in the back window. So, I took it in to them and low and behold a previous owner had had the car serviced by them and they had all the records. Saved me putting in a new timing belt. Since then I've had them do all major work on my two old Outbacks. Honest and reliable. *****
I have the utmost confidence in this shop. They specialize in Subaru and Toyota, two of the most durable manufacturers on the planet. I fix a lot of my own stuff and have talked to these guys for advice on some things that were pretty intricate. There is no doubt in my mind that if you plan to keep your car, these are the guys you want to work on it. If you don't plan to, or you have a limited amount of funds, tell them.
