I needed the car service to be finished at a certain time for a subsequent appointment. That also required BG to provide transportation back to the shop in time to get to the appointment. They did everything on time, congenially, and thoroughly. I asked for a once over and it was done, with a reasonable list for me of services needed. Orderliness, good explanations, and punctuality all made me happy.

BG is our place to go for repairs and maintenance. They have fixed a number of issues with our cars over the years! They are always friendly, honest, and informative. I love that they have a comprehensive diagnostic list that rates the priority on the repairs or maintenance needed, complete with pictures. It gives me peace of mind having the evidence and that they're tracking what needs to be done so that I can make a decision on what needs to be done when I have it in my budget.
