Great experience - good service, and very helpful even when we were delayed from picking up the vehicle at the appointed time.
I have a 2009 ford hybrid. The check engine light kept coming on last summer. They did find that a pump was not working and replaced the pump. That did not fix the problem but they did more research and found that a "software update maybe needed. I'll do the software update when I go in for the next oil change. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, professional and not at all pushy. I live in Wyoming about 60 miles from BG. But I will travel to BG in Longmont for all future maintenance and repairs!

I love these guys! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They do great work and don’t oversell. The shop is always clean which is a huge plus with me. I am and will continue to be a loyal customer.
So far, so good. We take three of our vehicles here. They are friendly, honest, thorough, and seem to have competitive pricing. as a bonus the online vehicle reports are amazing.
