This was the second time I have had repairs done at Addison. Both times have been an excellent experience. Starting with the women at the front desk , continuing with the flawless repair work , and ending with the caring and efficient follow up by the production manager , Josh Anderson.
Very well organized. Good job on the estimate and follow-up. Once the car was in the shop I received a progress update daily. The car was ready on time and looks great.
Customer Service and turn around time were exceptional. Erin and Dale were so kind and took great care of me and my 4Runner. Thank you ALL!

The quality of workmanship was top notch, particularly given the complexity of everything that needed to be done to repair my "like new" car. Being pleased with their work from a visit several years ago is what led me to them and they lived up to my expectations.

Easy to access, organized and with frequent text message updates on progress. My repair took longer due to parts availability issues. Forgot to give me a requested paint sample for future touchups, but not a big deal. Overall good experience. Seamless communication with State Farm insurance.
My experience at Addison Auto Center was amazing! They kept me updated through the entire process which was great. My car looked perfect and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them.
