Unfortunately, on October 2, 2022, while I was driving to work was hit by an Uber driver on my way to work. Addison Auto Center was one of the preferred auto body shops recommended by my insurance provider State Farm. I met Jake several days later to go over the damages and repair of my Rav4, Jake was professional, friendly, and polite to work with. I came to your place after I had been to another place for brakes and then struts then I had a very bothersome noise after my brakes were done. I took my car back 3 different times and I felt unsafe driving it. I was assured it was ok. Well it wasn't ok. Your mechanic found out I was missing the caliper bolt. They spent the time to find out what was causing the noise. They called me and they took pictures for me to see. I can't begin to tell you how relieved I am to be safe again.
