From the first call I made to schedule the appointment to picking up my car, the customer service was outstanding! It is obvious the employees take pride in their job. The lobby was so clean, well decorated, and smelled great which I had never experienced at an auto service center before. They got me in quick and did a thorough job repairing my car. Would definitely recommend!
So I was intrigued by the new shop of 1103 and finally yesterday I went inside to inspect my F-150. I blown away by what I saw and experienced! Nico (and a lovely lady who gave me her name I since forgot) were so freaking awesome. They explained the entire WELLNESS check for my truck and make FREE recommendations. I got my truck back and I left with a HUGE smile. Well I got me a new auto shop. Go see them, if just to welcome them to the hood.
Thorough as always and are great to work with!
Went in for a couple of vehicle inspections and they were quick and also took care of an alignment. Very professional.
