RecommendedSchertz Auto Service is excellent. I highly recommend this business for car care. Tina Knapp is the person who takes care of me. Finding car care can be as stressful as finding a doctor. I found the perfect business to take care of my Accord. Two things that stand out to me. a. The business is CLEAN. Schertz Auto Service provided me with excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Beth Marsalis was friendly, kept me informed on the status of repairs, and provided me with a helpful car health report. I took my VWJetta in for a check engine light on . The whole team was very knowledgeable and professional .Steve called me and kept me updated on the progress regularly through out the day . Phenomenal service by the team! Customer service is great, the team quickly tended to my vehicle without an appointment. Their operations are completely automated, enabling me to get real-time updates along with videos and photos of the work being done on my car. They provide a hard copy and digital take home package explaining everything that was done along with warranty’s. Very impressive, best experience, highly recommend.
