Came here for a tail light fix and my shop was here for 2 weeks and charged me $600!! And the tail lights were still never fixed. I got pulled over the same day I received the car back. I asked for a refund or if they could fix it even after them saying it was good. And they said no. That it would be an additional charge to whatever it is. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Do not bring your car here. I called to confirm they could do the work on my car. They promised the world of course and told me to bring it in they would have all the work done by end of day. Brought the car in dropped it off. Uber home ($15). Get a call 2 hours later stating they are closing due to weather and I need to pick up my car. They did not even look at my car or work on it. Uber back to get my car ($15). I would give it zero stars to be honest. Brought in my car for an oil leak and I had to tow it out of there saying that it messed up on its own. The worst was I had to call to get updates as well. They never called me or sent me pictures or anything. They called me to see when I was going to pick it up. I was 5 min away when they called. When I get there he says my car won’t start. I was probably better off just filling it up with oil every time instead of bringing it to them. Very unprofessional.
Charged me for service and call was recording telling them to only do certain serviced I walked out with additional charges for cleaning battery terminals and windshield wipers
my car was towed there with transmission problems. They looked at it and called to tell me I needed a new transmission. I had it towed for a second opinion and come to find out the transmission was not bad at all. My fluid was leaking from my rear axel so once they replaced that everything has been fine and car drives great. Would not recommend Phil's
Quit changing the price that was quoted to a higher price when I get there to pick my vehicle up. Stop the confusing fees, Stop lying
I went in yesterday because I needed my rear brake pads replaced. After sitting in the lobby for over an hour, I get told that it's not just my rear brakes but that my driver side brake caliper is locked up, and that I'm lucky that I haven't gotten into an accident. So they look up the parts and quote me $948! So I'm panicking and I have it towed home.
