These people were way to cool, I took them my 2014 Mini Cooper for a oil change and they couldn't find the filter, but they told me if it was anybody else they probably would have just changed the oil and charge me for the full service, thanks guys for your honesty.

On Saturday, June 8th, at 8:00 am, I visited Phil's shop to get the oil changed in my car. Veea assisted me and took my keys. By around 9:00 am, my car was ready. Veea assured me that everything had been checked, and I was good to go. However, as I was at a car wash in Copperas Cove, TX, I noticed oil leaking from under the car as I was drying it. Went to this place as it was the closest to DMV for car inspection. I was told, that aside from inspection, I needed my wiper blades change and steering wheel flushed as well costing me $336. I was the first customer to come in. Was in the establishment exactly 8am in the morning and left 10:09am.Their excuse of their slow service was because they had to order the wiper blades. This place is horrible! They will lie to you about what they do to your car and make you pay extra. WHO PAYS $3,000 FOR USED PARTS! I went to get new break pads!!! My husband went back up there to talk to them and caught all of them in a lie. My husband is also in the army and went there in uniform and they still lied to him. DO NOT GO HERE.
anything! after bill went from $1200 to $2000 they then claimed the problem has to be the torque converter and wanted another $1600! if a qualified mechanic shop can't locate the problem the 1st 2 tries, they shouldn't be in business!
