I found Pellman's last fall when my battery died--AGAIN. My AAA technician recommended them to me. I got right in and they found the cause of my vampire drain and I've not had one problem with my battery since. In the past, I'd had several people look at my car and no one diagnosed the problem. Last week, my check engine light came on and I took the car in for work. My car is a 2011 Honda CRV that has never really had any work done on it. My wife and I were meandering our way home to Vermont from an Epic 3 1/2 month Winter road trip in Western North America when our brakes told us they needed some attention....Pellman's helped us out BIG TIME. Love the shuttle service!! employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. everything with the vehicle is explained in a way that I understand what is wrong and how it will be repaired. I’m kept in the loop either br phone or e mail, as to the progress of the repair. All of my dealings have been positive.
