Um, they fix cars, and they fix cars well? At reasonable prices and on schedule? It might be just as simple as that, but there is a friendlier and more professional aspect as well. You are not just a customer walking in the door, it seems as though you are a member of their family. And you might get nosed by the lobby dog. I am an old guy, old enough to call 'em mechanics rather than "technicians", and what I like is that Pellman's has long-term retention of their mechanics. That speaks volumes to me. Stability, commitment, professionalism, fair treatment of customers by the business, and fair treatment of mechanics by management. You get a happy mechanic who knows he's gonna see you again, wants you happy too.
Let me put it this way. I enthusiastically recommend Pellman's to friends and family, including the ones I *do* like.

Pellmans was recommended to me by a former mechanic. He said they are trustworthy and do excellent work. I have used them ever since and found the recommendation to be accurate. They are also very professional, kind and helpful. They go out of their way to be of excellent service. However the first two things; being trustworthy and excellent work are the most important to me. I'm so glad to work with people I can also trust.
