My 1-star rating is due to the lack of trust I have for this company after my recent experience when I was visiting Austin. I went to this shop needing spark plugs changed due to my vehicle misfiring. I was initially quoted $1300 dollars. After making it clear that I only wanted my spark plugs changed and nothing else, I was quoted $370. After discussing it with my local mechanic, I was instructed to get their hourly rate/parts pricing.
