Kevin and everyone at the Yorktown location are Awesome! They took the time to find out what was going on with our vehicle and did an excellent job. This is the only place to take your vehicle for trustworthy service.

This place is a ripoff stay far away. Tried to rook my wife by telling her it costs $618.00 to change out 4 spark plugs and r ignition coils in her 2007 Camry. When my wife told me this I checked on amazon for parts prices because I know OEM parts can sometimes be expensive but when I checked set of 4 ignition coils cost about $50.00 and I know spark plugs are not going to run me up to $600.00. I took my van for state inspection. I'm given a list of things that need to be done...about $700 worth of work to pass inspection. Most of this is just brake work. I get the work done, but not here. My husband brings the van back to get re-inspected. Everything they said had failed, passed. Then they find NEW things to keep from passing it!! Something that passed yesterday, but not today. So I came in wanting a inspection to register my car. They told me that I failed because I had a hairline fracture in my back tail light. The Virginia state law says that if there is white light showing through the tail light it fails. There is no light showing . They told me to fix the tail light it would be 425$. I went on carparts.com and ordered that same part for 90$ and watched a YouTube video about how to switch a tail light. Thanks for trying to rip me off. I will never go here again.

How about trusting a customer when they say the scratches on car weren't there when car was bought in instead of taking their money and assuming the customer is wrong! Family business wants your money!
