Chrystal, I see you came in with a low oil pressure concern involving your 2005 Jeep Wrangler. I'm sorry you feel our diagnosis charge was on the high side but having the knowledge that your issue was only a defective oil pressure switch and nothing internal certainly must have placed you at ease. I brought a 2008 Audi Q7 from them the end of March of 2017 spent fifteen thousand in cash also gave them a Mercedes Benz 2001 to get back home to realize that the car was running funny took it to the Audi dealership 4times and to American Pride once since I had the vehicle and I have bad injectors.. which going to cost me 3100 then my check engine light came on plus my battery keep draining and my MMI system went out due to the battery and sunroof drain which damaged my radio system which cost me $2,600 so I had to repla... read more
Made a online offer on a car....their response? "No thanks." That was it, no negotiation, no how can I help you, nothing. Went to the big dealerships who was interested in helping us, buying 2 cars from them. Poor, poor customer service.
I will never purchase another car from them! I took my car in for its first inspection since I purchased it to the Toano location which they are wonderful in there! However they found a problem with my headlights, upon further inspection they found the electrical assembly had been rigged to make them work. It appears at the Airport Road location that's how they 'fix' a problem when you take your newly purchased car back..and it seems they have no record of my car ever being there?????????
