I read all these positive, glowing reviews so I choose them to do 3 things - fix a headlight, fix my heating system which was blowing cold air while on heat, and an oil change. 9 hours later I got the oil change. They call at 3:00 pm (car was dropped off at 8:30 am) to tell me the vents were closed but never investigated the compliant. I found them inefficient, expensive and ridiculously stupid in giving me an answer that I had vents closed. Of course I had them closed, it was blowing cold air. I was very disappointed with my experience at your faculty. I came in for a inspection and not only did l get a rejection sticker but a whole list of suggestions my car needs 821.00 worth of stuff. They failed me for my windshield and a light on license plate. I decided to get a second opinion and l am so glad I did. My windshield is fine and my light is replaced and they also found that one of my caliber bolt was missing. Your faculty found everything else wrong with my car but you didn’t mention that.
