Great Customer Service! I went to Wentworth Automotive to have my ten year-old car smogged. When it didn't pass, the owner patiently explained the State of California program to assist low-income people with necessary repairs. I brought it back a few days later for the repairs, which ended up taking several days. The owners, Dave and his son Justin very graciously and generously offered me rides to and from the shop....
reliable place to take your car I have been going to this place since I got my car a few years ago, but my parents have been here for years. We trust these guys completely, they have always done a great job on our cars, and they are average priced. I have even brought my car to them an hour and a half before they closed, and they were nice enough to take it in and look at it. They are honest and very personable.
Wentworth did a great job as always. They have great customer service.
There always seemed to be a communication issue with Wentworth Automotive: e.g. I get a call on Wednesday apologizing for not calling me on Tuesday with an update, they also say they'll begin work soon. Thursday at noon I call for an update and nothing has been done on the vehicle at all, even though I'm hoping to get it back by the end of the day ... and they can't say for sure if it will be...
Nissan sentry I am always happy with my service at wentworth. I think they are honest and realistic about your cars problems
