I go a little out of my way from Spring Valley to specifically go to this shop. I appreciate the genuine warmth they express to customers over the phone & in person, not some generic fake "game face" They take the time to go over any questions or concerns, without making you feel pressured or incompetent.
Very friendly (and funny). I’m very pleased with the job they did and their customer service. Definitely will be back. Nice touch with the tin of M&M’s in the console. They had me at “M!”
If your looking for an honest shop with great service, then Wentworth is for you! I've been a customer for about 20 years now and haven't had one bad experience. They're efficient and stand by their warranties too. I love the drop off/ pick up customer service that they offer. AND...you may find some M&Ms in your drink cup when you go to pick up your car! Just another nice customer thing they do.
Justin and Ben do a great job keeping our cars running well. I feel the pricing is fair and the service is done quickly. We've been customers for more than 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Justin and Ben are great and I trust them to only make recommendations that make sense for my car, no up-selling. The hot coffee and cold drinks make waiting for my car more comfortable.

Probably one the most honest places I have had to spend money. They were fair, and broke down the bill very well. I was treated like family from the first time I stepped in there place. And there is almost always fresh cookies.
