High Quality service at a fair cost.
EVERYONE (I've dealt with multiple people) and I mean EVERYONE there is so nice and genuine. I know nothing about cars so I always have that fear of getting ripped off at a garage. Totally different at Swedish motors, they've never tried to upcharge or sell me something I don't need. On the contrary, any work I needed done, they took the time to explain it to me in depth, and give multiple options for taking care of the situation. Very honest and easy to work with !
I had a flat tire with no spare in the trunk. Called Swedish Motors and asked if they could help. They said to have AAA Tomi there and they would take care of it even though I had no appointment. They were able to save the tire which in turn save me a great deal of money. They also were the installers for my tires comma and on both occasions they were fantastic. I highly recommend them.
Love having work done at swedish motors! They are one of the few honest shops I've gone to, and they are pleasant to work with. Their prices are very fair, and they almost always have loaner cars available (just ask ahead of time).
The service was quick and pain free. They diagnosed the problem very quickly. Also they always answered the phone and could solve any questions I had.
Described problem, received estimate, had work done, repairs resolved problem and driving goes on...
I had heard many good things about Swedish Motors. On my first service visit, they did not disappoint when I brought in my 2014 MINI Cooper Clubman S.
Swedish Motors is the best place for MINI owners who are tired of traveling long distances to a MINI dealer for service. They take great care of my 2003 MINI Cooper, and I wouldn't take it to anyone else!
