Newmans is the best in South Atx! I've never been to a shop where the owner takes time to know every customer by name and reach out via text or call to check on their work. As someone who has been ripped off by many mechanics over the years, it's very impressive to see that they stand by their work and reward their loyal customer base. Honesty and transparency isn't something that I would ever typically use when describing any mechanic, but in this case there is nothing more accurate.
Just a great show with great guys and a good guy as the owner. I trust them and been to them a lot with serious issues and they have saved me time and money every single time and have done a flawless job. As long as I am in Austin this is my shop hands down.
First time visit and it was a great experience. Very informative! It can be hard finding a one stop shop for all of your car care needs and I have found the place. Thank you guys for taking the time to explain things to me and easing my mind.
